    I practiced the principle of Exchange Creates Wealth early in my career. It started with working alongside surgeons while I was at Johnson & Johnson and has continued to this day.

    With my incoming growing at J&J I was told I needed to start investing, but didn’t know how. A friend of mine suggested I read advanced financial books. It opened my eyes to various techniques the wealthy use in their lives.

    As fate would have it, I was introduced to a firm in Utah that taught clients financial techniques of the wealthy. After going through the process as a client, I left J&J and moved to Utah to help them promote and teach these concepts to others.

    In helping clients increase their financial literacy I also started helping business clients raise the capital they needed for expansion. Over the last 10 years I have been able to help a handful of companies raise $42 million.

    After getting my MBA from Westminster College in 2015 and continuing to raise money for companies, I started to see glaring gaps in the advice various “financial advisors” were given to my clients.

    What I saw as need, was a process similar to what I had when I first moved to Utah. A process a client could plug into and get sound advice and continuing education from advisors across multiple specialties. Advisors who were all there for the benefit of the client. A process that put value in front of commissions.
